5 days (40 classroom hours including a 2-hour written examination)

The purpose of this training course is to provide knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of food safety management systems (FSMS) against ISO 22000, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021,as applicable.

2.0 days (16 hours including one 20 min.written test for each Module)

Course Objective:

The purpose of this training course is to provide additional knowledge, skills and formal qualification for ISO 22000:2005 auditing professionals a comprehensive and certified training course to transit to the ISO 22000:2018 standard.

  • CQI IRCA certified FSMS Auditors (any grade);Holders of auditor training certificates;
  • Certification body auditors/lead auditors; ISO 22000 consultants;
  • Line/Support function personnel who are involved in auditing;

Duration:

3 days (24 classroom hours including a one hour forty min. written examination)

Course Objective:

The purpose of this training course is to provide existing auditors of other management system disciplines the knowledge and skills required to perform first,second and third-party audits of an FSMS against ISO
22000,in accordance with ISO 19011and ISO 17021,as applicable.

Who should attend:

  • Existing auditors of other management system disciplines:
  • Line/Support function personnel who are involved in FSMS implementation;
  • All auditors who wish to acquire an internationally recognized FSMS auditor status.

The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform an internal audit of part of a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) based on ISO 22000 and report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011.
